Will is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 19 years of industry experience, working in both a national multi-disciplinary practice and smaller local surveying companies, gathering a wealth of industry experience and most importantly, a strong understanding on client care and its importance.
Will provides expert and concise building surveying and building pathology advice to many of our commercial clients, undertaking preacquisition building surveys, due diligence surveys, and schedules of condition. In addition to this, he provides strategic feasibility advice and programme management roles for major construction sector clients across the UK, with focus upon mixed use developments of industrial and housing.
Will has experience with both traditional and design and build forms of procurement. His proven experience and knowledge of procurement across the construction industry has also led to the appointment of further roles, acting as project manager, contract administrator and employer’s agent (including design and specification) on a variety of small- and large-scale refurbishment, reconfiguration, strip out and demolition and new build projects.
Wills methodological, realistic, and professional approach to all his undertakings have led to a multitude of successfully completed projects and many satisfied clients across the construction industry.
Joe is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 18 years of industry experience, working within several multi-disciplinary practices based locally in Preston, and Blackburn and across Lancashire.
Joe works on a wide variety of appointments, from multi-million-pound reconfiguration, refurbishment and new build schemes serving primary and secondary education, specialist healthcare and commercial sector client projects, to a mixture both small and large scale bespoke residential alterations, extensions and new build projects. With extensive knowledge on tender procurement, contract administration, project management and principal designer roles, Joe is well placed to bring success and value to our client’s projects.
Appreciating that it is important that our clients understand the repair liabilities relating to their properties, Joe also has extensive experience in undertaking Structural Appraisals and Home Surveys in the format of Level 3 Building Survey and Level 2 Homebuyer Reports for our residential clients and stock condition surveys, planned preventative maintenance inspections, building surveys, schedules of condition and pre-lease assessments for our commercial clients.
Joe strives to provide the highest level of service to our clients which has led to several strong working relationships and retention of many core clients.
